Development of a Leadership Culture

The most important group in any company are its executives, because they shape corporate culture.

Executives nowadays see themselves confronted by extreme situations. Employees work on different projects and are often away travelling. Teams have to be managed virtually to a certain extent. Training up senior executives therefore has to offer a lot more than just applying leadership tools. An excellent leadership culture is based on the social skills and ethical values of the company’s executives. This however cannot be imparted as theory but has to be practised by each individual executive.
