Change processes make major demands of all those involved. Therefore it is important to set a common objective and create a basis of trust in the management team right at the start. A good mentor of change can very quickly identify process breakdown points and address these straightaway.
Examples include conflicts within the management team, problems in cross-functional cooperation, loss anxiety or divergent objectives. We see our job as ensuring a systematic approach is taken, but also getting our clients to take a good look at themselves and building bridges.
