Konrad Stadler (Masters of Arts in Philosophy and Adult Education) was acting head of the company Heinle and Stadler Corporate Consulting from 1994-2003 that concentrated on leadership workshops and on accompanying change processes. He was one of the four founders of the Anselm Bilgri–Center for Corporate Culture and continued to develop the theoretical principles of consulting. Konrad Stadler presents the case for the economic benefits of a value-guided corporate culture in lectures, journals and books, the last of which was “The Culture of Change”.
